About Me


Designing Equity-Focused Technology and Learning Programs for Over 25 Years.

I am a strategy consultant and executive leader with over 25 years of experience in the design and direction of multi-sector programs and partnerships. My core mission is improving the lived experience of people who are typically an afterthought in mainstream technology and economic development efforts.


  • From designing schools, learning programs, and curriculum, to developing knowledge management systems (KMS) to improve the flow of information in organizations, my work has integrated information technologies (ICT) and learning science to foster unity, increase efficiency, and produce meaningful outcomes in numerous organizations and communities.

    I have worked with organizations across nonprofit, government, philanthropic, and corporate sectors, including the Technology Access Foundation (TAF), the City of Seattle, Equal Opportunity Schools (EOS), Latino Network, Inneract Project, Seattle Public Schools (SPS), Rutgers Business School, Foster Business School, the University of Washington, The State of Kentucky, the United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), and Seattle Office of Economic Development.

  • Core Research Questions:

    How can executives and institutional leaders improve information technology (ICT) design, management, and evaluation practices to:

    1. Yield better outcomes for organizations affecting marginalized groups?

    2. Operationalize value systems and practices that support and sustain equity for vulnerable groups?

    3. Support workers, entrepreneurs, and leaders from marginalized backgrounds to equitably transact and retain value from their labor and intellectual contributions?
